How much does shipping cost? 

Standard shipping (3 - 5 business days) within the Continental US is a flat $5, and AK/HI/Outlying Territories is a flat $6.

Expedited shipping (2 - 3 business days) is $16.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We're thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders over $50. This offer applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    International shipping ranges from $8-$20 and delivery times vary depending on where the order is going (usually around 2-4 weeks).

    How long does an order take to ship?

    • Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days and take a total of about 3-5 business days to arrive.
    • International orders usually take 2-4 weeks.

    When will my order ship?

    Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days after being placed, unless the items are placed on backorder. Orders placed after 4pm might take an additional business day to ship. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. local time or on weekends/holidays will be fulfilled the following business day. You'll receive a confirmation number once your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as your order hits the road.

    What if the tracking on my order hasn’t moved in a while?

    Oh no! On rare occasions an order might get lost in transit. If your order has been marked as shipped but has not moved/updated in 10 days, please contact us at so we can further assist you!

    My order arrived broken! Can you help me?

    We’re sorry to hear your order was not handled with care in transit! Please email our customer service team at and attach a photo of the damage. We will address it with our shipping partner and get you a replacement ASAP.

    Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

    Contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your shipping address. Once our fulfillment center has processed your order, we do not have the ability to make any changes to the shipping address or method. You may be able to contact the carrier directly to have the package sent to the correct address.

    My tracking shows the order was delivered but I haven’t received it?

    Yikes! We’re so sorry. Contact us via live chat or email and we’ll make it right.

    If you have difficulties receiving packages at your home address, we recommend having your order shipped to a secure location or the post office! 


    What is your return policy?

    Your happiness is important to us. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.

    You may return the item(s) for a full refund or store credit, minus the cost of shipping. Please note that the following conditions apply:

    • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Returns will not be accepted for opened or partially used products.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Products that are purchased in bulk are not eligible for a refund, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s).

    Purchases Made from Third-Party Retailers: PiperWai products purchased from third-party retailers, such as in-store purchases or other online retailers, must abide by the return policy of those stores. PiperWai does not accept exchanges or refunds for products purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

    If we can’t help you find a solution, we’ll send you a link to an online return form that asks a few questions to help us improve our products and customer experience. Once we receive your form and returned order, we’ll issue you a refund (minus the cost of shipping).

    NOTE: If this is your first time using a natural deodorant, it can take a week or two for your body to detox from the chemicals found in traditional deodorants.     Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

    To be mindful of our carbon footprint, returns on opened and used products are not accepted but we will refund the cost of the product or issue a store credit. If your product is unopened/unused, we’ll provide a return label and deduct that cost from your refund.

    How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

    Once issued, the refund can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account depending on your bank.

    How much will the refund be?

    You’ll be refunded what you paid for the products you’re unhappy with minus any shipping costs.
